RETURNS
All sales are FINAL. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer free exchanges on regular-priced orders over $500 within seven days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Please call us at 0086-3881886 or e-mail us at admin@jy-gem.cn for a prepaid return label that will be sent to the original e-mail address associated with the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account on file.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
